When is the best time of day to take Power ON?
The best time to take Power ON is 20 to 30 minutes before you require increased focus and concentration. For maximum effect we recommend that you take it daily.
Should I consult a doctor before using Power ON?
We recommend consulting your doctor or healthcare provider prior to starting any supplement regimen.
Do any medicines conflict with Power ON?
Always consult your doctor or healthcare provider prior to starting any supplement regimen, especially if you take prescription medications. Individuals on MAO inhibitors should not take Power ON.
Is Power ON addictive? Will I become dependent?
No ingredients in Power ON have been clinically shown to be addictive or habit forming.
Will Power ON make me jittery?
Power ON does not contain any stimulants and will not make you jittery.
Can I take more than the recommended serving size?
We recommend 3 capsules as the serving size. Taking a second dose of 3 capsules later in the day is something that we do support.
Is it safe to take expired products?
We recommend against taking products past their expiration date.
Is Power ON safe for pregnant women?
Power ON is not recommended for pregnant woman.
Is Power ON safe for children?
Power ON is not recommended for children.
What is the difference between old Power ON and new Power ON?
The new Power ON contains some different ingredients that have been shown in clinical literature to support brain health — Power ON now contains Cognizin (Citicoline) in a clinically relevant dose. Cognizin is a proprietary form of a powerful brain nutrient to support mental energy, focus, attention and recall. It provides vital nutrients that help the brain stimulate electronic impulses, maintain healthy neurons and protect them from free radicals. It increases dopamine receptor densities and acetylcholine production (better for memory, focus, attention, and muscle twitch response).
Is Power ON available in stores?
All of our products are currently only available online on our store, on Amazon.com and from select medical professionals.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit and credit cards.
Can you accept PayPal?
Unfortunately, we don't accept Paypal at this time.
Is your website secure?
We use industry standard 256-bit SSL technology to protect our customers. All of the information you submit to us is encrypted.
Do your prices include tax?
No, prices do not include tax.
When will I be charged for my order?
Your order is charged immediately after placing your order.
My order never arrived. What should I do?
First of all, check the tracking number provided to you when the order was shipped out. It might be still on the way. If it’s not on the way, please send us an email at help@poweronpoweroff.com and we'll get that sorted out right away.
My bottle was open when I received the package. What should I do?
We’re very sorry that this happened. Please don’t use any of the supplements in the bottle and notify us at help@poweronpoweroff.com immediately. We’ll send you a replacement right away.
I received the wrong products in my package. What should I do?
We’re very sorry. Please feel free to keep what you received in your package, and let us know at help@poweronpoweroff.com what you’re missing. We’ll send you a replacement right away.
How does your subscription work?
We offer 5% off all recurring subscription shipments to our customers at any frequency. If you purchase 3 or more items per shipment, you can combine the bulk discount with the subscription discount for a total of 20% off.
How do I modify my subscription?
You can change the frequency of your shipment, change the next send date of your shipment or add or remove products from your subscription if you login to your account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can at any time cancel your subscription if you login to your account and go to your account profile.
Shipping
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping to customers within the continental United States. We also offer a flat rate shipping for our Canadian customers for $10.
When can I expect a normally shipped order to arrive?
We ship orders either by UPS Standard or USPS Priority Mail, whichever is faster depending on where you live. Orders generally take 3 - 5 business days to arrive.
What other types of shipping do you offer?
We offer a number of other forms of expedited shipping with UPS, charged at cost to the customer. You can select these options in lieu of free shipping when you make your order.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to Canada and the US. For our customers in Canada, please keep in mind that can only ship a 90-day supply of product due to limitations for the import of supplement products into Canada.
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to ship out all orders within 1 business day. Shipments are not sent out on the weekends.
How do I track my order?
You should receive a notification with your tracking number once the order ships, which we aim to be within 1 business day of you placing your order.

What is your return policy?
