Shipping Policy

We ship orders either by UPS Standard or USPS Priority Mail, whichever is faster depending on where you live. We aim to ship out all orders within 1 business day - you should receive a notification with your tracking number via email once the order ships. Shipments are not sent out on the weekends. Orders generally take 3 - 5 business days to arrive.

FOR US CUSTOMERS:

Shipping is free for all customers within the continental United States. We offer a number of other forms of expedited shipping with UPS, charged at cost to the customer. You can select these options in lieu of free shipping when you make your order.

FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:

We offer a $25 flat rate shipping fee for orders below $250 USD, and free shipping for orders above $250 USD. We also offer a number of other forms of expedited international shipping with UPS, charged at cost to the customer. You can select these options in lieu of flat-rate shipping when you make your order. 

Due to import regulations, Canadian orders can contain a maximum of 3 months worth of product (3 bottles of each product) per shipment. 

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.
