Power OFF supports the part of your brain that help you relax: the VLPO system (which controls sleep) and the SCN (which controls circadian rhythms). Activation of these systems may help you fall asleep faster.
is the main inhibitory neurotransmitter naturally produced by your body. It promotes sleep and relaxation by supporting the VLPO.*
contains honokiol, which promotes NREM sleep (the first stage of sleep) by supporting GABA and neurons in the VLPO.*
acts on receptors in the suprachiasmatic nucleus (the part of the brain that controls the circadian rhythm), supporting sleep latency.*
is well-known as a key player in supporting sleep-wake cycles and signalling the body to relax. Power OFF only uses a very small amount of melatonin and encourages your body to produce melatonin naturally.*
Power OFF includes ingredients that have been clinically shown to enhance sleep quality. Sleep with good recovery leaves you feeling refreshed when you wake up in the morning.*
supports serotonin, which in turn promotes relaxation and helps promote a good night’s sleep.*
promotes relaxation and calmness, helping you stay asleep.*
Power OFF helps promote inhibitory neurotransmitters such as serotonin and GABA, while supporting excitatory neurotransmitters, which helps promote relaxation.*
promotes relaxation*
contains honokiol, which has been shown in clinical studies to support occasional stress and promote relaxation.*
Power OFF is designed to promote brain health and neurotransmitter support. While many of these nutrients provide sleep support, they also help to maintain a healthy neural network.
helps support key neurotransmitters like serotonin, which is important for sleep.*
supports the production of glutathione, which has antioxidant properties to support your brain from free radicals.*
Power OFF contains nano-GABA, a proprietary, highly absorbable form of GABA engineered to be 50nm in size, and made specifically to promote sleep and relaxation.
Unlike other products, Power OFF works with your brain’s natural neurochemical mechanisms to help you sleep using ingredients that you brain needs to work. None of the ingredients in Power OFF have been shown to be habit-forming. It’s safe to take every night.
Power OFF contains only 0.05 mg of melatonin. Why? Too much melatonin can make you feel drowsy and groggy the next day. Power OFF features 5-HTP, a precursor to both serotonin and melatonin. This encourages your body to produce melatonin naturally.
Sleep is a complex problem, but most sleep supplements contain only one or two ingredients. Our proprietary blend of 9 different clinically-studied ingredients targets all three key phases for sleep – helping you relax before sleep, fall asleep and stay asleep.
By purchasing a sample, will I be opting in for automatic purchases in the future?
We DO NOT auto-ship orders or auto-charge customers. Unless a customer manually selects “Subscribe and Save” for the full bottle, there are no auto-shipments. I've tried everything for sleep but nothing has worked. How is Power OFF different?
Power OFF's formula was created by a scientist with multiple degrees from Eastern Michigan University, majoring in human nutrition with extensive study of biochemistry and genomics, and a PhD from Rutgers University in biomedical informatics, nanomedicine and clinical informatics. The blend of these ingredients, including our proprietary nanoGABA makes Power OFF unlike any sleep supplement currently available.
Most sleep supplements only contain one or two ingredients that don’t address sleep in a multifactorial way. With our 9-ingredient formula, Power OFF targets all three key phases for sleep: 1) Relax before sleep – L-Cystine and California Poppy Seed Extract help downregulate stress-related neurochemicals do help you relax; 2) Fall Asleep – Our proprietary nano-GABA and honokiol (in Magnolia Bark Extract) target GABA receptors and the part of the brain that helps you sleep; 3) Stay Asleep – L-Theanine, Glycine and 5-HTP support serotonin and increase the quality of sleep you are getting.
Not only is the formula is made from proven and legal ingredients permitted for use in dietary supplements by the FDA, Power OFF is also NSF for Sport Certified to ensure every single batch is tested to certify there are no unsafe or banned substances such as pesticides or heavy metals, and that the formula contains exactly what is listed on the label. Because of this certification, professional athletes in the NHL, MLB, NBA, NFL and Olympics trust and use our products.
I tried Power OFF on the first night, and I’m not sure it’s working for me. What now?
As Power OFF works with your brain’s own neurochemistry, it may take up to 5 consecutive nights of use for optimal efficacy, where sleep may become worse before it improves. Please continue with your trial, and you should notice an improvement by the 5th night. We pride ourselves in having an incredibly high success rate with Power OFF, however if you still don’t find it to be effective past the 5th night, please contact us as help@poweronpoweroff.com and our team will work with you to find a solution.
Dosage requirements for each person may also vary. That’s why we encourage starting by testing out 1 capsule, and only moving up to 2 capsules if you find that 1 capsule is not effective for you. It may take a few nights to test this as well.
I’ve tried melatonin already. It doesn’t work for me.
We use melatonin in a completely different way than most supplement products out there. A typical melatonin supplement ranges anywhere from 5 to 10 mg. Too much melatonin can make you feel drowsy and groggy the next day.
The Power OFF formula actually contains incredibly low levels of melatonin - 0.05 mg per capsule. Power OFF instead works with 5-HTP, a precursor to both serotonin and melatonin. This encourages your body to produce melatonin naturally, and ensures you wake up without morning grogginess.

I have a medical condition. Can I take Power OFF?
For those with medical conditions - sleep related or not - we always recommend consulting a healthcare professional prior to use. If you email help@poweronpoweroff.com we can provide you with a product information document to bring to your physician for their review.
How do I take Power OFF?
Take 1 Power OFF capsule right before bed - once you’ve brushed your teeth, set an alarm, stopped looking at screens, and you are for your head to hit the pillow. Taking it even 10 minutes prior to bed can alter the effectiveness. Repeat this dose for two consecutive nights. If a noticeable difference has not been felt after 2 nights, then try taking 2 Power OFF capsules right before bed the 3rd night.
The optimal dosage of 1-2 capsules can vary from person to person, regardless of size or bodyweight of the individual. Looking at screens such as televisions or phones after taking the dosage can alter the efficacy of Power OFF due to the sleep-disrupting blue light some screens emit.
Is it safe to take Power OFF every night?
It is safe to take Power OFF every night. For maximum effect we recommend that you take it daily.
We recommend testing Power OFF by starting off with a 1 capsule dose before bed. Continue this dose for three consecutive nights. If sleep is not dramatically improved, then try 2 capsules before bed.
We’re always here to help.
